bananas
- sliced and frozen

pumpkin puree

vanilla Greek yogurt

whole milk

tablespoons
maple syrup
(depending on your preference . I use 1 tablespoon for a breakfast smoothie)

teaspoon
pumpkin pie spice

crushed ice
whipped cream
(optional) - for serving
ground cinnamon
- for dusting
