In a large bowl, mix together the oats, yogurt and milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight, at least 8 hours.
In the morning, give everything a good stir. If it is too thick, add a bit more milk or yogurt. Divide into 2 bowls and top with your favorite toppings.
Notes
You can make this Overnight Oats with Yogurt ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator for a couple days.
