Still traveling and eating on the road

    Sharing is caring!

Hi there from New York! We're still on the road, and loving every moment of it! But we are winding down. Tomorrow morning, we fly back out to London, home sweet home.

It was a whirlwind of a trip and we made it to Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Montego Bay and New York City. That's 6 flights (including one connection) that we've taken over the past 2 weeks! The 7th flight starts tomorrow early morning, in less than 7 hours. As I type, Jonathan is busy trying to somehow stuff all the new kitchen goodies I bought into our luggage (thanks, hon!).

Traveling is always so inspirational to me and my kitchen because there are so many new foods that I try and love. On top of that, there are endless menu items at cafes that I see but don't get to order (if only my stomach could fit more). I had some of the most mouthwatering foods this trip, and am taking home some drool-worthy ideas that I'm planning on making at home. I won't give it all away, but be on the lookout for future posts and recipes for Almond Ginger Butter and Cinnamon Infused Maple Syrup!

Here are just a few shots of delicious foods I had along the way this trip:

What to put on your pancakes while in Jamaica: fried plantains! Ya mon!

Hurray for hole-in-the-wall Chinatown cafes that have the best fantuan (aka rice burritos) for breakfast! #NYC #parkbench #asianbreakfast
