- 2 large bananas
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon quality vanilla extract

- Heat a non-stick skillet on medium heat. Drop the pancakes on to make 3-inch pancakes. Cook until the sides look dried and there are a few bubbles on top, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes, until the pancakes are done.
