This Mint Honeydew Smoothie is incredibly refreshing! Enjoy it on a hot summer day when melons are at the peak of their season.
Mint + Honeydew + Lemon + Honey = One REFRESHING Smoothie! This Mint Honeydew Smoothie is perfect for a hot summer day, especially now that melons are in season. Are your local markets brimming with ripe melons? Here in London, we've been eating melons after melons after melons.
I love melons because they are so watery and juicy, making them great for hydration. This honeydew smoothie recipe will definitely quench your thirst and cool you off on a hot summer day.
This refreshing honeydew smoothie is perfect for a summer breakfast
The melon creates a bit of a froth on the top as it settles, so try to drink up this Mint Honeydew Smoothie as soon as it is out of the blender. Trust me, that won't be hard to do.
This is a refreshing smoothie for breakfast, especially because it is so hydrating. The honeydew melon is a natural thirst quencher in itself, but this recipe also uses coconut water to give you more hydration. But while I love this Mint Honeydew Melon for breakfast, it also works as a great afternoon or after school snack.
Stay hydrated with this mint honeydew smoothie
This recipe uses a bit of honey, but if you would like to leave it out to reduce sugar intake, by all means do so. The melon and the coconut water provide a mellow sweetness that is very pleasing on it's own.
The honey adds another layer of flavor to the smoothie, but it's not a necessary ingredient if you are trying to make this smoothie healthier.
Besides getting a great recipe for a Mint Honeydew Smoothie, you're also lucky that you landed on this page today too because I'm also giving away a 3-in-1 Gourmet Gadgetry Retro Diner 3-in-1 Milkshake, Smoothie and Cocktail Maker!
Summer is the perfect time to get your hands on one of these. Cool off with milkshakes, smoothies and cocktails.

Wexford (in SE Ireland) is famous for it's strawberries so we've been living on them for months! A big blob of my homemade natural unsweetened yoghurt, some of my own muesli and I could live quite happily!

I'm so into smoothies for breakfast right now. Need to drop a few pounds post holiday!! For some reason the rafflecopter box is cut off for me so I'm unable to enter the giveaway. My computer is old and tired though so that could be why.

Smoothies really brighten up mornings, don't they! They are great and refreshing for breakfasts. The rafflecopter should've been up and running - I don't see any problems with it. It should work on mobile too, so you can give it a try there.

Did you read my mind? I am eating honeydew right now, and this sounds like a FABULOUS idea. Smoothies are the only thing to eat this time of year anyway.
Tina Jui says
Yayaya for honeydew :) Better enjoy as much of summer as possible while it lasts!
