Mint Honeydew Smoothie (Vegan, GF, Dairy-free)
- 3 cups cubed honeydew
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves - stems removed
- 1/2 tablespoon honey (sub maple syrup for a vegan recipe)
- 1 handful ice cubes
Place everything in the blender and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately as the honeydew will naturally separate from the liquid.
